BLOCK TABLE with metal top

This unique, one-of-a-kind version of our classic Block Pedestal Dining Table has a powder-coated metal top and base. It was intended to be offered as an update to bring the design forward after 23 years. While the metal base has become standard option, this table has the only metal top that we will do. The original was inspired by a trip to classical ruins at Ephesus in Turkey where imperfect re-stacking of collapse columns informed a jaunty yet sturdy pedestal. The contrast of rough wood and smooth metal would be stunning in all kinds of settings from a loft to a beach home.

MESA Sideboard

MESA Sideboard with Concrete Top

A bold statement of simplicity and stamina, this Mesa showroom sample is ready to go home. This will lend legitimate patina to the dining room and serve for years to come. Open cavities, drawers and cabinets provide ample functionality. The concrete has some crunchy corners and edges but it will stand up to your cornucopia of feasts.

The wood on this one is in walnut with fog finish. The concrete is Stone White.

TOTEM Nightstand - Wall-mounted with a Door

This one is perfect. We recently made this for a client but it was supposed to be the mirror image. So, here it is... brand new!

All the bells and whistles. Mounts on the wall at any height you desire. The door has an interior periodical rack and there is a cord slot to keep your devices charged.

We thought it would be better in someone's home instead of sitting in storage. Take this one home soon while it's still fresh.

This charming set of nesting tables is ready to go. The Navajo Red lacquer finish goes well in any scheme and delivers a punctuation point in a room. There are a few small scratches on the Medium and Small tables that have been gently touched up to minimize their appearance to almost unnoticeable. Sold as a set of three as shown.

Slender Bar Chairs

These graceful bar chairs left our collection a while ago. The two shown here are the only two left. Notice the metal stop on the foot rests... keeps them from getting snatched. The only issue is on the one with the black leather... the leather is faded corner. Fortunately this is drop-in seat and can be easily recovered if you so desire. The cream leather however, is in excellent condition. Sold separately or as a pair. Take two!

Custom reverie

Reverie Case - Very Special Custom Cabinet

Inspired by play of material, light and color on the casement window of warehouses. Always considered a "piece"... this is an impressive version of Reverie and can become the statement in your space.

The 116" overall length is made of three separate sections that are installed onto a one-piece base that accommodates all three.

Originally made for a high-end business that eventually moved. We are searching for the right home for this beauty, It was never really used and is in perfect condition.

Back-Painted Glass on the doors and on the sides with our Standard Colors: Paper White OC-55, Carrington Beige HC-93, Greenbrier HC-79, Greyhound 1579 and Fairview Taupe H-95.

Wire/safety Glass on the Top.

Sideline Collection - Desk

The Sideline Desk is a classic writing desk with a touch of asian detailing and is one of our most enduring pieces. This is a recent prototype in unfinished Walnut ready to finish. You can select any of our standard walnut finishes. Typically we do the tray-top and feet in a Black-Brown finish to contrast with a Medium finish on the body and legs. But, any of our Walnut finish combinations will work. Look through our standard finishes on our website. You can also request samples to work with. Diamond Back CHair

Diamond Back Chair with Wood Seat

This solid cherry chair goes way back. The Diamond Back Chair was part of our very original collection when we started in 1994. The chair, with its solid wood contoured seat was just an exploration to see how it would look and feel... and it succeeds on both ways... but we never put it into production. We found it in storage and are hoping to find it a good home. It has a few dings on the seat, but the cherry wood/finish have earned its rich patina. Otherwise it's a great solid chair.

Condition of pieces

EXCELLENT: As good as new. Clean and damage free. No noticeable dings, dents or soiled areas.

GREAT: Nearly new. May have subtle dents or dings that are insignificant or easily mitigated. There may be gently soiled areas that can be cleaned if needed or are otherwise unobtrusive.

GOOD: Lightly lived in. Has some combination of dents/dings or scratches some of which may be repaired and some not. May have some soiled areas that can be cleaned.

FAIR: Lived a good life. Bears the patina of age and shows some of the wear and tear of being used. Repairs or touch ups of dents, dings and soiled areas may or may not be viable, but still has a lot to offer.

Are the items available for viewing in person?

Depends on the item and where is located. All samples sale items are stored off-site in storage facility in Los Angeles, CA or in national showrooms or sometimes in our San Francisco Studio. Clients can contact [email protected] directly to schedule a time to see if it is possible to view these items. Please inquire in advance so we can ensure the item is available for viewing.

We do not have fabric swatches available to send. We have provided as much information on fabric/leather shown so clients may be able to request swatches directly from the original fabric supplier.

How can I coordinate shipping?

Please email Frank at [email protected] to coordinate shipping or pick up. During our regular business hours (M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm) we will respond within 24 hours. Holidays and weekends we will respond to the next business day.

Is the cost of the freight included in the price?

No, optional crating and freight will be quoted and charged separately.

Is sales tax included in the price?

Sales tax will be evaluated when shipping is coordinated and charged at that time is necessary.

Please provide resale certificate to waive sales tax. CA clients who by default are charged state tax will be credited once resale certificate is provided. No sales tax will be charged when shipping outside of CA. Please email [email protected] with any questions.

There is not an additional designer discount available. All sample sale items are listed at a heavily discounted price from their original pricing.
